I understand the design and building process and can guide you through the different phases of construction. I am flexible in working with your preferred sub-trades or recommending reliable tradespeople I have worked with. Either way, I can supervise the entire project from start to finish.

Listening to your ideas is very important to me. In our initial consultation we would discuss the following:
Designing your home
I can recommend local architects and draftsmen, otherwise I am more than happy to work with your own architect/draftsman. An arechitect/draftsman will work with you to create a design brief and give you an indication of the costs involved. Once your ideas have been drawn up, I can produce:
During the build
You are invited to be fully involved in the construction of your home. This will include, if desired:
Your home completed
It is important that you feel comfortable moving into your new home. Before you do, there will be:

It is important that you feel comfortable moving into your new home. Before you do, there will be:
- A professionally cleaned house
- Quality control checks
- A final client inspection.
